During the warranty period (one year or 2,000 hours, whichever comes first), we will provide the following free services:

A. Four times of regular on-site service:
0 hour service: i.e. delivery service, we will send service staff to assist the customer to make adjustments, demonstrate operation, explain maintenance knowledge and operation rules and the warranty conditions, and remind the customer to prepare related materials for latter maintenance.

250 hours service: failures will begin to occur during the period after running 250 hours which is a key period for the first maintenance. Our service staff will come to customer site to learn the equipment condition, make timely troubleshooting, and instruct the customer to make maintenance. 

500 hours service: failures will begin to frequently occur during the period after running 500 hours which is a key period for the second maintenance. Our service staff will come to customer site to learn the equipment condition, make timely troubleshooting, and instruct the customer to make the second maintenance. 

1,000 hours service: the last follow-up service during warranty period. The equipment will run smoothly during the period after running 1,000 hours, but major troubles or quality problems will also occur. Our service staff will make thorough and careful inspection and find out potential failures, and make suggestions or assist the customer to purchase the commonly-used parts and wear parts.

B. Troubleshooting service during warranty period:
When failures occur that the customer can not solve during the warranty period, our service staff will come to customer site as soon as possible to make troubleshooting when the customer inform us. However, if the failure reason is not included in the warranty conditions, we will charge for the needed parts and service.
