Lishide series of hydraulic crawlers have been optimized and improved according to requirements from Chinese customers based on the practical experience of Shantui and Changlin and their brilliant achievements, and the products are more applicable under China's work conditions. 

Lishide company carries out Shantui STB standards and applies the work methods of PDCA and 5W1H to implement complete quality management, and keeps the function of quality system under control. The company has perfect production, test and measurement means, and has established perfect quality inspection system to ensure the improvement of product quality with huge investment in advanced equipments. The company passed the audit on the quality management of manufacturing site raised by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of PRC in March 2005, and gained the Manufacture License of Special Equipment in July, with which the company became one of the first enterprises qualified to manufacture hydraulic excavators in China. And the company passed ISO9001-2008 quality system certification under the strict supervision of Quality Assurance Center of China Association for Quality in September 2006.

Lishide excavator is produced on the basis of technologies from world famous brands; and the key parts are all imported from abroad. The company also developed over 20 kinds of products categorized in 10 series which can suit various work conditions, and the annual output is 5000 units. The output and sales amount of medium-large excavator keeps top 3 among domestic brands. The company brought in advanced machining center for the key parts, and the welding of key parts are all done by welding robots. The newly utilized machine coating line is of the first-class technology. The products have passed CE certification in 2007, and began to enter world markets since then.

Since its the establishment, the company have been designing and developing new products based on the introduction and absorption of new technologies, and have made complete upgrade of all the products. And gradually forms the product style with leading quality in China and internationally advanced level. The hydraulic excavator products range from 6 ton to 36 ton, and there are standard type, mining type, wetland type, plateau type, etc. The company focuses on independent innovation and invests over 5% of the sale income in the research and development.   

Five models of new products, SC70.7, SC130.7, SC210.8, SC230.8, SC330.7, passed the authorization of national experts in December, 2009. And SC360.7 has filled up the gap of large tonnage excavator technology development in China, and won the reorganization of experts.
